Hey all,  I am currently shopping for my first deal in Tacoma WA, and I have a plan for our first "house hack" that I wanted to see if it is doable/legal. 

The money is getting pushed out to Tacoma and Everett now.The PNW could get knocked down again like it did in 2008 for reasons not specific to this market but no one really knows or can predict that.

I need some work done in Tacoma and the guy I've been using is no longer available.
