I plan to be moving back to Ontario in the next 1-2 years and will be looking to enter the real estate market; leaning towards a buy-hold-rent kind of deal at least for the first few houses I look at.

LTV typically maxing at 75%Ontario Alberta and BC are flush with private money and pricing has been effected.

I don't have any experience investing in Canada from the States but I bought 2 rental properties in Ontario doing long distance investing that my wife and I are managing ourselves.Happy to chat about it if that is of any interest to you.

now its about team on the ground  once you have a short list get working on the team  you need to support  you  they in the end will make the biggest difference .. start where you have the strongest team get one area going  then when you are ready move to the next  we have teams in Ohio  Alabama Florida Indian and Memphis.. more then willing to chat about team building if you are interested getting them built has been an experience I live in Ontario
