That will give me a ballpark figure for what similar apartments are renting for in the area.

My only gripe has been the online reporting is a little screwy and inconsistent, but I’m sure they’ll get that figured out. 

Perhaps a bank statement HELOC would work for me... still figuring that out.Any other creative ways to get money for a rehab? 

If they make a fantastic return, either your figures are wrong, or they need to pay you more. 

Louis in the 63136 area and got my first tenant but I am looking to scale and trying to figure out how!  

Toughest part will be figuring out what market you want to target, what teams to trust and employ to manage your properties for you as I wouldn't recommend trying to manage the property yourself.
