If you wish to double check every pre-approval letter that is your prerogative but you are choosing to do this work yourself.

I swap out pictures to some with decorations and a more seasonal feeling.

Sheri look and see what the city is planning and see what going on with homeland security a few more big names just said they are coming over there and look at the Good hope area where the city is putting  millions on grants to redo the store in the area on the mayors page so do a double take on that one.

It's like putting your hand in the ocean, taking a picture of the fish you caught, and asking the internet if it's good.

One other thought is fully furnished mid term rentals.. these have worked very good for us in Vegas we get a double or better rent premium on ours.. much less work than STR and you dont have to worry about ordinances or HOA restricting them..

We have seen double and triple that on the insurance side of things in a year.  

It has nearly doubled in value. 

My properties in the Calgary area all came close or doubled in value in the last 4 years. 

And it includes - NOI, Appreciation, Amortization of the loan, and depreciation writeoff.The total of these will paint the picture of how your properties are actually performing.What is interesting is that each of these components will react differently depending on where and how you place your next investment.
