It's a 22 mile railroad loop with parks and trails around Downtown Atlanta, which will transform the inner City.It'll probably be another 5 years and I expect my properties to be worth around 100K (paid about 10K each).

Did you use that Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations kit?

I have used the Rustoleum Countertop Transformations a couple times and had great results.

I wish I took more physics in school...and memorized more of those transforms in Trig.

What is most exciting about REI to me is taking an unattractive house, and transforming it into a beautiful home.

It's fun, more lucrative than my day job, and scalable which is the most important part.Five years isn't that long anymore, but it's long enough to have a complete transformation.
