Paul, Anytime you want to get into a policy like this you want more than guaranteed interest of 4%.

Basically a restricted unit can definitely burn out a capacitor and anytime you set a unit too low causing it to  struggle to keep up (ex. set at 69 but it never drops below 76…) will keep a unit running 24/7.

Definitely could be a factor but I don't think Redfin and Zillow eliminate agency any time in the near future.

Even with a one-year policy, your tenant or the insurance company can cancel anytime and you might not find out for months.

i use berkshire bank, it's a more local/regional bank in MA that i've been with for like 15 years for personal & both businesses. i like that i can walk in and everyone knows me, anytime i have an issue, which i just about never do. i actually didn't know stessa was a bank, i thought they were just a bookkeeping software!
