I could have still cash flowed great at the higher value I had hoped for, but the comps could not support it.

It seems like the real support you would receive from Pad split is them helping find the occupants/tenants And them processing the rent.

I don't see a reason to remove the new supports in the crawl space in the future and based on your picture, I don't think you would need to remove them to put in new floors.

Relocations to this area support this.

You should have a chat with your accountant, if you had a loan on the property, you may need to buy a property for more than the cash you received to defer 100% of the gain.Best of luck
