For ethnic neighborhoods, look in the yellow pages and see where the ethnic grocery stores are located and drive around and see what sort of signs are in the business windows.If you want a luxury house, check out the places that are high rent.

I'm using Suburban Jungle - you should check them out, their goal is to get you to find the town you love FIRST, then look for the house.Side note: A lot of upstate towns are beautiful, but I don't consider them particularly "diverse" - this may not be politically correct, but not all POCs are the same and shouldn't always be bucketed together - not sure your ethnicity so it depends on if you're looking for more of 'your' ethnic group or just any other POCs in general...
