Cannot afford any mistakes on the procedural stuff of evictions.Would contact a PM but not for the eviction.

When you engage with a new vendor, have it be a standard procedure that this worksheet or packet be filled out with documents provided before you will engage their services.

I have also asked them for a procedure on how to pull out the investment I have with them. 

My ideal is to have a system or a standard in place to maintain discipline about procedures.

Also, you do not know how to answer all of the questions that the PM can answer - polices, procedures, how to pay, etc.

@Vito DiIennaWhile I have not had to get a Letter of No Objection myself, if I had to do it, I would go right the the DOB, go into the Office that you can get an official Cert of Occupancy and ask them what is the procedure to get the letter.Normally, you will need to provide evidence.

The experience led me to study law/court procedures, and understand what lawyers actually do. 

If you're in that situation, ensure you follow proper procedure and proceed with that option in conjunction with your eviction process to have redundancy.
