The P&L isn't going to tell you that, you need to see the Balance Sheet.Put it simply, if an investor decided to hire someone like me to start handling their books and have to gather their financial statements, I would be charging an arm and leg to put it correctly.

My four adult children are out of the house; so, below are goals for our 11 year old and me.Read 15 minutes per day and log it.Set limit on daily electronic use.Clean up after himself (toys, push chair in, dishes, clean bedroom, clean car).He plays sports and has a few tough baseball goals that he works with me on (inside/out swing, pitching mechanics, 3B fielding). 

And in the case of the company we are talking about here its the opposite they describe these the complete opposite I know you won't look at their marketing but I just about fell out of my chair the few minutes I watched it.. unbelievable  but that's their opinion I guess but its not in any way shape or form based in reality of the asset at least in my 20 years of working with them. 

At some point there are no new investors, the music stops, everyone runs for their chairs and you have a crash.

My brother currently lives in Dallas and pays an arm and a leg to rent an apartment (He is married so cant house hack).

Basset has some of the best and more durable fabric around and these still look great after 7 years with us and probably 10+ with the original owners.The La-Z-Boy has a more open weave as does the chair.

It's usually not a lot, but I've had to replace a broken office chair that was only 2 years old, had better quality bed pillows been switched with cheap Walmart ones, and had a blanket go missing. 

If their kid shoves a pair of leggings down the toilet and clogs it (yes, this has happened), then they are responsible for fixing it.

I guess the leg work and he fact of being remote scares me, but so does any investment!
