Plenty of people still use window units, we sold a 1950 3/2 Cape in five days for full asking price and the buyers made a big fuss about the landscaping and never even questioned the fact that it did not have central air (it also had no bathtub, only a walk in shower unit!)

They are however the 1970's coral pink along with the bathtub and sink to match .  

Flipper A put in $100K of work and put in all the necessary accoutrement that would attract the customers (walk in closet, open concept, Jacuzzi bathtub, etc.) and is selling it for $275K. 

(Total toilets are 5, showers 2, bath tubs 2 and 1 large vanity, 2 small vanity and a simple sink.)We want to create an opening in a non load bearing wall.  

I found the property, financed it, and spent a half-day doing the below list of fixes which amount to pretty much nothing if you ask me: installed new white trim/base boards under the kitchen countersSwept and moppedCleaned counters, sinks, bathroom, bathtub, windows, and so forthNew caulking here and there.Cleaned backyard a little. 

The association has contacted us that the unit below has a leak coming from her ceiling below our bathtub.

Has anyone had any experience w/ DYI Bathtub and tile refinishing?   

New faucets and bathtub/shower fixtures as well. 

The bathtub/shower has a window on the one wall opposite of the shower head but is frosted so you can’t see in.

We have also had the bathtub refinished so it is a nice white and doesn't mold at all even though the vent doesn't work.
