So she wants to know if she can rent for a couple of months to make sure she is OK on the property with her allergies before she buys.What the heck, it's a slow market and if she'll sign a 6 moonth lease, I'll have rent over the winter when is a hard period to sell.

Have not heard of Blue Star, will need to check it out, but love that Voodoo has vegan donuts since I have a dairy allergy.  

It may also be a key point for people with allergies wanting to avoid certain rentals that have allowed pets. 

Can you look into getting treated for this allergy? 

With engineered, they can only be re-finished a few times before you will have to replace them because they are just layers and not solid wood.Hardwoods are a longer term investment - better for allergy sufferers and definitely elevates the property, adds value.

I was allergy tested for various types of molds and I was allergic to everything in the test (in addition to all fur, most trees, most grasses - basically, I just can't breathe).  

No idea if any tenants have nut allergies.
