Is he by chance a Nigerian prince?

My name is Demola Bisi-Omotosho, i am a realtor and a Nigerian, i have been following biggerpockets for some time now.

“Lenders” who rarely or never lend but collect fees, usually multiple times as promises are made, aka the Nigerian scam.3.

We got a house under in Atlanta, GA area under contract last week, seller calls my attorney to say he was wondering if its a scam because the guy was 'Nigerian'.My attorney (who we have closed several deals with) spoke on my behalf...all the good things etc.

no lender works that way.unless your doing some 5 to 50 million dollar deal.. and they need a nice chunk like 10 to 20k for due diligence up front.. but that is with a lender that you can verify if they are real.the internet is full of these scammers.. its just the real estate lending version of the Nigerian prince schemes.. ask for little amount 500 to 800  get you to the next level then they need a little more then a little more then OH your loan was turned down sorry bout that..  

seems like scammers have run out of Nigerian princes and are now looking at newbie real estate investors as the next playing field.But wire fraud is rampant.. 

this is NOT REAL these are the FAUX lenders currently working the real estate lending version of he Nigerian prince scams...
