As stated before, you would have to be able to purchase the product cheaper than what the local wholesale distributors are selling their items for.

Sounds like a MLM company to me as well.

Many people who end up seeking help from churches, other non profits, social service organizations, and consumer rights lawyers have been drawn in and spit out by these so-called 'foreclosure solutions' MLM programs.All too often the promised "soluition" fails to live up to expectations leaving the distressed homeowner in worse shape.... having wasted prescious time and perhaps after spending hundreds of dollars for an otherwise free for the asking service.Do some people benefit from such a one-stop solution shoppe?

At least one of the education organizations runs as a MLM and uses similar tactics to recruit new victims.

I had drug DISTRIBUTORS (a level above dealing), a murdered tenant, etc.

She had no idea....Seems like every where you go, the main objective in business is cheating the other guy......BTW, Most places use the same pitcher as they are provided by the beer distributor and when topped off, there are 4 glasses to a 64oz pitcher around here...LOL

Of course, researching these businesses always leads nowhere.Many of the people promoting these loans are "consultants" -- typically just affiliates for some MLM promoting commercial loans.

It's so easy to give up, or think, "well, I tried that, but it didn't' work" and move on to selling vitamins via a MLM.

All4Investors,I believe the reason is that real estate investing is a fad - like day-trading stocks, MLM, trading tulips, etc.
