Thanks  Scott.Once I sent a property information to one of the realtors to give me a CMA on the property, she went and listed it under her name, never gave me the COMPS, but luckily the se will not be able to find any info on the property because the owner is not selling the property but her daughter and none the phone numbers are listed and the owner also does not stay in the same house.

Also include expected closing costs and associated taxes and whatnot.I wouldn't show her a cash flow analysis, per se, just the numbers you need to get her to understand her side of the bargain and what she is actually getting from it.

Predatory practices take advantage of situations and events and are not simply limited to a particular action per se.

That was in 2011 on a property off Sanderford Rd in SE Raleigh.

Not going to hurt you per se, will cost you and may be unessicary from a cost perspective.

The problem is if you're consideried a "trader," you might owe 15.3% SE tax, Fed, and state (if applicable), and 3.8% medicare/obummer tax depending on your circumstances & income..

Most of SE Texas is sandy soil. 

Perhaps there should be a higher level of responsibility put upon us since we have people's financial future in "our hands" per se.
