None of those things have any positive technology spin-offs for the economy.From an economic perspective, the possible civilian technological benefits of military research is not a good argument because we would rather have the money focused on civilian technology than on military technology that could serendipitously have a civilian benefit.Having said that, I do like the idea of any technology that would save lives - either of our soldiers or of innocent civilians who so often get killed and are called "collateral damage."

I would also question the 94% success rate but maybe they are doing a great job,I don't particularly love the spin that no is paying the fees except the lender.In reality the lender isn't paying any of the fees.

But, to value the lots, you need to comp the properties with the comparables zoned in a like manner, or less and then adjust for the zoning advantage..I didn't go to that site to look at the listing (I'd have to type all that in, lol) but in the title you said on the water, so I assume this is on a lake or ICW area.That's another spin, the intrinsic value added for water frontage access or water views.
