So I have been on the blog about 2 months I've been meaning to post an introduction but haven't gotten around to it, so here it goes: My name is Michael Corona,I am 26 year old project estimator/ project manager for a heavy civil construction company here locally here in Southwest Arizona.

Avoid the southwest area of Austin with no food stores or other shopping for miles around, as those would be very inconvenient for tenants.

It has tile floors, solid surface countertops, central air (big deal in the southwest), and W/D hookups.
