And I have 3 more under progress as well as one under contract.

If you end up, for whatever reason, going with the company you have, then it is probably in your best interest to hire someone knowledgeable to check on your property weekly to see if progress is actually being made or just talked about.  

Just want to have some contacts in my pockets in case things progress.

I haven't taken that route yet so I can't speak to the order of progression. 

I made the mistake of going into contract on one of their "investor advantaged, in the path of progress" homes in Indianapolis through their local provider IndyREI.

JMHO.A sophisticated way to profit if you truely believe this area is in the path of progress is to contact owners and offer to buy an option to buy at some present value for as many years as they'd agree to for a few $k.  

That's awesome progress Yung. 

Now over the past 60 years since WWII there have been a lot of progressive policies and changes and attempts at addressing it. 

Hi @Ashli Addison, welcome to BP and the REI world, yes i agree there can definitely be an information overload with educating yourself in REI, but its good that you are now jumping to take the next step and get some forward motion on your business, while you will never stop learning taking the first steps and making real progress is a big accomplishment and one step most new people never take "study from the sidelines" but best of luck with your REI adventures and post up any deals/success/questions you get, we all like to see each other succeed,good luck,jay,
