Despite the competitive pricing and the fact that it’s been completely remodeled (new roof, HVAC units, windows, floors, appliances—you name it), it’s still sitting on the market.I’m trying to figure out how to get this property to sell faster while still turning a profit.

It's a business and it's very profitable. 

I am a real estate wholesaler operating for the past 4 years in the DFW Metroplex and I found that it's better to keep things simple, and not, deal with real estate agents who don't want you biting off (what they view as) their profits.

My current credentials:Bachelors of science in Enterprise regulation For-profit, Non profit (Fancy way to say business law) Currently Pursuing my MBA in Finance, expected to graduate in May,2025 Appraiser Trainee License in NYCurrently Managing a small portfolio of properties (family). 

I am ready to collaborate and (literally) venture into amazing and profitable relationships! 

We’re primarily focused on long-term buy-and-hold properties, but we don’t want to miss opportunities to flip for a quick profit.

But now when you bring up these points, the very same people who invested in Bitcoin back in the early days and are sitting on (in some cases) millions in profits claim that the chances of Bitcoin replacing fiat are pretty low.  

I have found a profitable niche between 8-50 units where larger investors do not focus and there is great upside that is addressable with the property management business capabilities.

One, I made a profit; other one, I kinda even out.

However, some developers are profiteering.
