Not all of them, but a high enough percentage that the fee offsets premature wear on flooring and odor related containment. 

In the end, we would rather have someone called pre-maturely than a potentially damaging (i.e. overflowing toilet) situation persist.

I believe it's within the landlord's right to refuse as the contract is no longer valid; they are not terminating it prematurely.

I was really rooting for Max on this one but thought the software was released prematurely and I can’t say my experience with customer service was great either.
