It takes commitment and learning, but it's not rocket science and I find it less risky than say house flipping (I'm currently in one of each deal, the non-performing note is going far smoother).

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses.

I am a recent college grad in Political Science.

The land has an ancient cabin and a semi modern barn that I want to live in / Renovate / Hold .

Paint the siding (if that’s vinyl Ben Moore has an additive for their paint that works on vinyl), update the lamp post with something more modern.

Well, of course I wouldn't bet my money on red, but I am considering investing more of a science, not mere luck.
