In my general experience bigger is always better in STR's - do it when and if possible.

It's a double skip process that requires gathering owner information on the LLCs from the secretary of state or corporationwiki (as @Eliott Elias stated), and then skipping the owner which is why you will only find a handful of companies that can do this accurately. 

If you want to invest private deals which are generally the best deals then being an agent will kill that deal before it gets going. 

Don't ignore people unless they have proven to be an utter incompetent fool, but in general just listen.

This may depend on your market, of course, but in general, if all of the nearby MTRs have it, you are going to want it for your units, as well.

@Guillaume Vidallet As a Florida resident buying properties in multiple states, it’s generally best to form your LLC in the state where the property is located.

I generally list my property low for a month just to get some booking and 5 reviews. 

And generally you will have to take a hefty discount trying to sell as a package.
