I decided to add a few more items to check on.Climate controlled- humidity controlled.Temperature controlled- heating and air.Prior to building check on floor insulation, Ceiling metal to metal insulations contact points- to reduce heat transfer from the roof to the building frame inside, and also try to do Spray foam insulation to get a great seal.If your building is up already.

Older BX is susceptible to corrosion in damp/humid areas (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, garages, etc.), so an extra look in those places is a good idea.2-pronged, ungrounded circuits for appliances which do not require a ground (lamps, radios, etc.) are perfectly fine.

When the hvac goes off dormant mold gets humidity and a food source...paper or wood to get it going.
