You don't want to scare away tenants because of a harsh beratement. 

I think it's safe to say that the impact has been way less harsh on real estate than we all anticipated. 

They are not off the list, but haven't found anything compelling enough to go and see, and the winters are harsh.

I'm Sorry, if this comes off a bit harsh but you learn from experience, gurus are a scam to invest your money into their passion and dream not yours.

However, they responded harshly to me, out of completely irrational suspicion that I am pulling them by a string, or leading them in circles.

I've done deals in over 30 states but if someone came to me just wanting "comparable" properties so they could decide what to offer for a property, I'm not sure it would be in either parties best interest for me to provide such a low level of service to my client.Apologies if this comes off as harsh, it just pains me to see such a large decision (not sure the $ amount so just assuming here), being made with very little knowledge / information.

Hopefully winter isn't too harsh for us this year...
