Agreeing with @Erwin Groenendijk that the price of the average property in Spain is much cheaper than in Boston + as low as the average LTR cash flow might be in Spain, it's probably even lower in Boston.This being said, you create wealth with capital appreciation, not cash flow.

The second problem is it is difficult to find people who will do preparation of the land for the mobile hand ,and also I don't really know what is better/easier/cheaper...putting concrete pillars in the ground every 8 feet or putting down an asphalt or concrete slab.

Ideally, I’d prefer to invest in my hometown, Tyler, TX, about 2 hrs from Dallas, because I’m more familiar with the best areas to invest in and real estate is much cheaper than DFW.
