I have gained some success in my marketing campaigns for off market properties through driving for dollars, mailers, and cold calling.

Sometimes we have to be cold hearted, although we might feel bad for tenants, previous owners (in this case), etc.

Although there is plenty of cold-calling, it sounds like they want their agents to really know about what investors are looking for, etc and there is a lot of training about zoning, etc., etc.

Should I spend a whole day cold calling every motivated seller on my call list?
