I also do a lot of market research in each of the markets we operate in to understand how much comparable properties would charge.

For a mobile homes, youll need to do the research, but I couldnt see someone renting a mobile home room for any more than 400/500 bucks per month.

That took quite a while to do when I first wrote it, to gather all that info and do the research. 

I'd research them before you buy.
