Instead of determining a player’s value relative to its team (wins above replacement) can there be a singular numerical value that contains pertinent market data (appreciation rates, population growth rates, etc) applied to a specific properties intrinsic metrics, compared relatively  to a predetermined market size…bundled up in a singular value metric?

I created a mindset shift by taking on the challenge of COVID and using it to adapt, expanding into multiple markets and bringing in new key players.

Apart from scanning the news and paying attention to where  players like Amazon will open their next shipping hub, or Apple will re-route its domestic manufacturing plants (assuming they have any?)

When I was 16/17 I learned from podcasts, books and interning or tagging along with active players.

But of those three large players I would choose them.

I don't think all market players today have this same thought process.
