Any patch product that works is so expensive that it's cheaper on a large scale project to just redo it.BTW it sound like the driveways in the neighborhood were improperly constructed.

Because without our success, our tenants wouldn't have the homes they do now and I think we are making a difference, our little patches of well maintained buildings is effecting change.  

Torrance and Carson are established but also have rough patches so I would beware if any home bordering $400k in those cities.

.- Fix the remainder of the damaged exterior window trims- Some touch up painting- Install door bells- Put on house numbers- Replace bit of shingles on top of bay windows by kitchenInterior:- Drywall patching/painting on ceilings and walls- Remainder of cabinets- Flooring for upstairs- Install all new light fixtures- Install new doors for upstairs- Replace/match base trim where adjustments had been made- New door knobs- Curtain rods & curtains- Removal of carpet in living room (kept there for now as it's protecting the HW floor underneath)- Lots of cleaningThere was someone who flew into Milwaukee from California this week and yesterday I took them on a tour of this house.

Next time you need a good shot in low light...Just be sure your roofer is on standby for a quick patch!  

A hole in the wall under a sink (that can be patched with contact paper and a rubber boot for the stack is not that much.  

check out some of the crowdfunding sites you can make 10-12% on short term loans and spread it around over multiple investments to minimize  risks,patch of land, realty shares etc
