The photos and description highlight all the character of a home of that age, beautiful hardwood floors, huge crown molding, several original fireplaces, ballroom converted into a huge well lit studio apartment. 

I've seen rooms that at first appeared bed bug free only to find them hiding in the seams of wallpaper, between a window frame and hanging blinds, cracks around crown molding, etc.

If you want a deleader to scrape headers, crown moldings, ceilings, door frames, and even the doors above 5', it's going to cost you a FORTUNE.
