If it quickly appears you’re not going to get anywhere with the inspector, try not to get angry and, instead, contact their supervisor and see if you can reason with them.

Or you can try a complaint to the DOI - that'll usually push your file into a supervisor's inbox.I always recommend hiring your own adjuster (ie a public adjuster).

Let us know how much money you think that will take when you start hiring employees and you will need supervisors/managers to oversee them. 

The LAC Board of Supervisors was slated to vote on a motion on a "temporary" 3% annual increase. 

I didn't go through their website I called them and explained the situation and when I wasn't getting anywhere with the person I was speaking to I requested a supervisor.

The same day it happened we offered the tenant, a hotel for her and her pets, close to her work place, for 1 week maybe longer.
