This will allow people to reserve just a weekend I would raise the price on Memorial day weekend and lower the min stay to 3 or 4 days.I would add increased rates for any 3 day holiday weekends such as EasterLook at events that will be going on in your area, fishing tournaments, festivals etc and add special pricing for those time frames.Could you add gear for ice fishing in the winter to attract winter fisherman?

Perhaps a stern letter from an attorney will get them in gear since clearly your messages are not motivating them. 11 weeks is absolutely ridiculous, and if a stern attorney's letter still doesn't get them quickly in gear, I wouldn't hesitate to take this further.

I own a small business currently 3 vehicles, shed full of equipment, trailer computer and desk.I was wondering if anyone had an insight or experience with buying a commericial building to park the vehicles, store the gear, possibly an office but buy something where my business would use a portion and find a similar ish business(es) to rent out the other half and possibly pay the mortgage.Is this in anyway possible ?

Some programs are geared toward solving a specific problem an investor may have.If conventional loans on investment property are 4.75% for a 30 year fixed, and 4% for a 7 year ARM, then a portfolio loan would typically start at about 1% higher and go up from there (just an example).
