now for the STR space this seems like a very good business that many would get a lot of valuable intel from. 

However, they bring time-tested methods and valuable experience to the table.Younger Investors: They’re often viewed as energetic, motivated, and quick to embrace new technology.

Sometimes, having a reliable tenant stick around long-term is more valuable than pushing for an extra $100 a month.
