I do have an LLC with good credit, so I’m wondering:Would it be worth pursuing a business loan to save on HML interest rates and fees?

What are your long term goals (eg do you want to buy another house) and do you have a large savings set aside for unexpected expenses? 

How we purchased our property: Combination of Savings, Personal Loan with interest from a family member (4% interest) and a cash loan from Wells at about 8%.

But from an Airbnb perspective, having PMs not collect on these smaller cost items can add up to significant savings/profit.   

*As a side note, I think maybe it would be fun also to try and identify where new technology or machine-learning driven approaches could increase efficiency in the spaceAs for my financial situation, personally, I have around 50k saved but 20k of it is tied up in assets I don't want to pay capital gains tax on.

If you discovered the issue before paying for the appraisal that could hopefully save some costs (in case the appraiser is with the wrong AMC).Pre-vetting with the lender on rental history/AIRbnb/1007 as well as seasoning could help.
