I think it ultimately depends on your goals as others have mentioned.

@Randy Duncan there is something to keep in mind when you are a landlord: no matter what a lease says, a section 8 contract, a blood oath or whatever, the landlord ALWAYS has ultimate responsibility.You can refer back to your lease and contract all you would like but if something breaks and a tenant doesn’t pay for it you will be stuck with the bill.

This is to prevent someone from piercing the veil to ultimately bypass the LLC and sue you personally.

But, just be sure to keep your personal investment goals in mind...because ultimately a lender does not get paid unless they, essentially, help you acquire a loan.Honestly...personally, depending on exactly where my investors are in their investment journeys...I typically recommend exploring the financing route.

While it saddens me to hear this, ultimately this was not someone who should have been investing passively in syndications in the first place.

Every following generation will be leaps better.You are taking the thought process all the way to it's ultimate end, where robots provide all labor.
