Are you familiar with how MTR works and the upkeep and furnishings needed and who the target renter is?

Remember when land buyers pick a target, they have TONS of work to do getting that property from dirt to payday, so they know their purchase choices, and they have a war chest usually stacked up ready to go.

Lemme get this straight: you want to sell a subject to as part of a subject to.unless your buyer is doing a targeted satisfaction of the primary loan, I don’t see this working at all.
