One being a small 2 door sports coupe and the other being a nice used Mercedes 4 door.

It has an advantage to a real estate investor in that there are a lot of nearby attractions that draw visitors, Sporting Park, NASCAR track and the Legends shopping district.

@Amanda Young -My biggest way to balance kids sports activities and investing right now is an iPad with a data plan for researching properties and addressing email during the time I wait at practices.

Some ideas in my head are - Clothing, Jewelry, Stationary, Organic Foods, Global ethnic products to sell locally, Outdoor Sports, Coffee shop, Yogurt or Ice Cream Shop.I was thinking I could visit some of the local colleges and just market that I have the space for the right person/ biz plan.

Bienes, I would not classify a bouncy house as athletic equipment, it's probably not sold by athletic stores or used by athletic teams for training in any sport.

Using a sports metaphor here, I view them as a teammate that provides a crucial skill that compliments mine and helps us win.

I love to watch and play all sports, big into hockey (go Sabres!)

I'd like to build a portfolio of rentals that have cash flow and allow me to buy a small condo at Hidden Valley (in the mountains) for fun some day.I can never make local REI meetups cause they are usually on Mon and Tues and that doesn't work for me, and seems like kids sports get in the way other times. 

I am thinking possible Sports Restaurant/Bar.I want to be wise in this pursuit.
