Can someone help with finding an agent in Sioux Falls SD and one in Little Rock AR.

I've got a SFH in Round Rock and a duplex in Elgin, but I don't think that really counts.

Hi Mindy,      There is no exact science, it's like pulling off a band-aid.

First of all when we opened up a lot of walls we noticed there was a lot of water damage and we had to replace a lot of rotten wood along with all new insulation on exterior walls and a lot more sheet rock then we anticipated.

Note; Under any/all move out option(s) A, B and or C, resident will be held financially responsible for all cleaning and damages in accordance with the lease and is required to pay all rent, utilities and other obligations even if moved out before a new resident is found or end date of lease.

Option 1) is more for guys like me with wife and kids who would like to invest but not rock their financial boat.

I'll jump on the band wagon and also emphasize the importance of networking.

Need to rip that Band-Aid off first month they don't pay rent and as soon as legally possible for your state.Plan to move out, hope you're not being played, but it's typical buying time language.

No doubt.I would recommend researching more the Air b&b and STR in San Diego..starting mid 2019 things are changing around here
