"Due on sale clause if the loan is called on a sub2 or wrap", -not likely will be called if the loan is religiously paid on time and insurance is kept up, but it is possible.There are wrap, sub2 and lease option videos on my BP Blog.And "caveat emptor" on wraps and sub2, Just because you CAN do it, (i.e. buy on a wrap or sub2) does not mean you SHOULD buy it.  

I imagine the nothing valuation is based on the belief you could not fill them.

I've been told that my long held beliefs are not true.

I do think about if the lottery tickets could offend someone or be against their beliefs.

Up until now I have been reading hundreds of articles over the past several months almost religiously on a daily basis and podcasts daily each way on my 45 minute commute to work (I am running out of BP podcasts and alternate with audible audiobooks). 

AS I state many times I am of the firm Belief that C properties are NOT appropriate investments for out of area investors.

I know some of the investments fill quickly, but my belief is because the "crowd" is becoming increasingly institutional.  

I've also been thinking of using this experience and teaching others what I've learned about finances and wealth and beliefs about possessions through this process.

My client will drop the issue so it is not holding up the deal or anything, but I just do not understand the stance at all and wanted to see if some fresh eyes or other frame of mind could show me the reason behind this stance.My belief is that Landlord is saying no simply because I am asking for it and they want to "win" or the Landlord has that language in all his leases and thinks that because I am asking for a change it is bad for him (though he doesn't know why).
