If you haven’t actually lent the money, don’t then....release the lien you have.

I believe, you are allowed, by law, to release them of their responsibility with lawn care by simply giving them a notice.

They will need to figure out what needs to happen with the personal property and they may need a court order allowing you to release it to them.

In essence, by breaking the lease for one, due to military service, does that automatically release others on the lease as well since it is a contract as a whole?

But the mindset contines- one of the largest PMs on here says the contract releases them from liability and no money for site checks.

If the Buyer records his/her contract against the property, and later either defaults and/or decides not to pursue the option, then you still have the cloud on title until the Buyer provides you with a release or you file a lawsuit to clear up title.

Look for Rescues close to your property for the pups.... work with the owner to have the pups once they are done nursing and weaned  , released to the rescue.... donate a tax deductable donation to be sure the pups are taken care of properly,and they hopefully will have room for your  tenants pups!...

They definitely have one but may not release it to you.
