From everything I've read and heard from other investors the thing that separates the successful from the unsuccessful is the ability to persevere through tough times.

That's why it reached a point where we said, "it seems like he's working hard, let's give him another week".Our plan, per several of the responses, is to reach out to the next PM.

It isn't rocket science just perseverance and eye balls.If you are really at a loss, you can always hire an agent to handle your rentals. 

This is because the ONLY way you are going to truly become successful in real estate investing is by grabbing your own life, your own knowledge, your own skills, and your own perseverance and employing them to make yourself ridiculous amounts of money.
