I have started looking for another insurance quote, hard to find one that covers multi family.

I've seen banks be very competitive with blanket loans that cover multiple properties and/or multi-family properties, e.g. 5+ units.Mortgage Brokers (obviously I'm biased) - Brokers have the ability to work with all of the above and can get you to the best lender for your scenario right away instead of having you waste your time with the wrong type of lender.

It was a relief to have the unit back on track!

Good market or not so much thx I'm a multi-generational New Orleanian who has been in Real Estate for 20+ years full time as a Realtor and an investor.

Only thing is it won't be easy to track especially if you have a 10 unit and all the rents are all $450 a month. 

I keep scans or pictures of all of all letters I send this way including the letter as readable before it goes into the envelope which includes the tracking number written on the letter, plus the filled out certified mail paper and the envelop after its addressed.
