I am currently a regional truck driver.

A friend of mine went this route, used to borrow money from me and now people are hitting him up to borrow from him (showing off his shiny new truck hehe).

Separately, many argue that loose monetary policy actually benefits asset owners...low rates, booming asset prices (stock market and real estate), and inflation.Forget about the left and right and focus down the middle on what you can control...keep gobbling up those tax deferred, cash flow monsters!

This in case former resident is waiting around the corner with a full moving truck to sneak back in.

I knew that would likely never happen again, so I shut it down.I went back to my business in trucking and felt comfortable there.

If it's on slab, there's a good chance of making plumbing problems in trying to repair it that only show up a few years later and are a monster to deal with. 

Every trade is short handed , from the supply houses , truck drivers , laborers , etc .  

The inspector said there was only two spot we could put the dumpster in order for the truck to be able to pick it up.

In my mind, that’s the biggest advantage of the real estate business vs other small business like a food truck or a barber shop. 

They sell in 16 foot sections but at the local store when I shop they will cut these as needed since I'm only using a small truck for hauling.Got a Habitat for Humanity store where your reside?
