The user interface is dated, unintuitive and requires far more clicks to do anything compared to Airbnb, on both the host and guest side. 

At a minimum, she can open a dispute and if they haven't already processed the charge it will hold it up while it's investigated.

What the gurus don't tell you is that they are comparing market rents to the GROSS amount of S8 rent on a voucher which INCLUDES LANDORD PAID UTILITIES!

Your interest and holding costs will also be considerably lower.

What is the interest rate on borrowing compared to the rate you are earning, then take into consideration the tax consequences. 

(My full strat is to own as few STRs as possible to fund my lifestyle for simplicity.)I feel like a seller financing would be unfair, as the seller wouldn't reap the benefits of holding the note for more than a few months.
