I'm thinking the son is actually collecting money to pick up people's trash, pretending he's taking it to the nearby local dump (which is VERY inexpensive), but instead is keeping the dump fees etc.My husband and I know we could turn them in, but we don't want to go that route and even though what they have been doing is wrong, illegal, and comes with stiff fines, I would rather the situation be fixed without harsh consequences that would forever rift any relationship. 

However, I would advise caution and ensure your target market has a diverse business mix and supply is not over saturated and it is not located in an area that will be subject to harsh potential business restrictions on the municipal or state level currently or potentially in the future.

I hope that doesn’t sound too harsh but it is a reality of the business. 

From what I understand, more now than ever people are leaving large high-cost metroplexes with the opportunity to work remotely paired with harsh covid-related mandates - being cooped up in a high rise apartment can get old. 

But I think they were a little harsh with their responses.

I think it's safe to say that the impact has been way less harsh on real estate than we all anticipated.
