I am considering starting out with mobile homes to buy, hold and rent out to tenants.

And yet the only rent control I am aware of in San Diego are in mobile parks that were purchased from municipalities with rent control in the purchase agreement.  

Posting via mobile app and though it looked spaced out prior to posting, it seems to not have carried over.

Also, with any QBO tier you can use the mobile app to upload receipts to transactions.  

I'm not sure how fair housing applies, but I'm curious about using this strategy to maximize the rent amouny by allowing prospective tenants to submit offers of rent for a property.I ask this question as I am unable to find the "search" bar for the forums on the BP mobile app -_-Thanks!

This is on a mobile home park that I recently purchased.  

Last year we bought a property with three mobile homes on it and this year we just bought another property with 3 different lots but only one mobile home on it that we plan to fix up and put an additional two MH's on it.

I'd also like to invest in self-storage and mobile home parks at some point. 

I bought the home with cash, the house is manufactured..not mobile..and the house and land are all on one deed.
