For me, the first three things that happen on my builds is 1) site prep, survey, foundation/piling marking and temp power installation, 2) foundation/piling driving, 3) start of framing. 

I sell/realize the gains in different forms-- I.E not selling the 2008 equities but loaning against them, not selling a house but getting the mark to market gain via cash re-fi, etc. because fundamentally I really always want to hold the best assets.

Mark NolanCan 408(b)(2) be interpreted as I can use the plan to fund the unit "if the unit is used to conduct reasonable services or business necessary for the operation or the establishment?"
