If a doctor just started prescribing medication to patients before doing an assessment to figure out what the ailment is, they would be very inefficient and seem incompetent.In my experience, a lack of specificity leads to a perception of incompetence. 

If you're sick and can't get into the doctors for a day or two you just wait it out. 

It doesn't make any more sense to say everyone should buy and flip than it does to say everyone should be a kickboxer, or everyone who goes to the doctor should get penicillin because it worked for you. 

Plus it wasnt a mater of getting service,,,they had it on in their name,,,but never used it.But back to carpet cleaning,,,even one of those rental rug doctors cant match a pro cleaner

They have a combined 33 years of school between the 4 of them Including 2 doctorates.

It sounds like you and I are both doctors--so I know my biggest problem in rehab deals is that construction is not my area of specialty. 

A while back, someone got hurt at a rental home by tripping over a slab of concrete sticking out of the ground, and all the person asks to pay my doctor bills, and the owner told him to get off his property, and he hired a lawyer and the lawyer passes the file to me, and I went to visit the home and to take pictures an, I found the concrete sticking out of the ground, and then I started my investigation and found out the home was finance, and he transfers it into an LLC, and he did not have insurance coverage as required by the bank, and I found another rental property he has free and clear that the lawyer will go after, and I contacted the bank and now the bank will send the borrower a letter that they can do a due on sale clause, and then the borrower will transfer the home back into his name and then the LLC will play no part when the lawyer sues all this over $700 in doctor bills.

The network in the exchange for Doctors and who takes it is very limited.

for years, and I remember my Grandfather showing me a really old newspaper clipping from the late 1880s - 1900s, of a "snake oil" salesman (I think it was a local doctor selling oils and potions...).They say prostitution is the oldest profession...I would guess scams are the second.;)

He's just finishing up his doctorate program for it this year.
