The appraisal was actually a BPO Broker Price Opinion that I disputed since the person only did a drive by of my property and compared it to other properties (comps) that they had full knowledge of upgrades for the interior and exterior.

BTW, never have conversations about disputes with your tenants, always get it in writing.  

Not sure how it works in Texas, but you should be able to dispute the tax assessment.

Let's all make "cluefulness" our resolutions for 2016! 

The bill didn’t match any other recurring bills I have setup, so thinking it was fraud I disputed the transaction. 

From the perspective of an attorney, I noticed at least five trouble spots, the resolution of which depends entirely on Florida statute and case law, something only an experienced Civil Litigator in Florida would be able to address. 

Any resolution on this for you yet?

Or at least its on one of my New Years resolutions..

Try to resolve disputes without or before bringing in any lawyersLet me know what you guys think.
