What is the revenue stream from those trailers worth?  

Could have sent Rate increases out prior to using Rent Roll for future revenue stream. 

Constantly pushing that narrative in other markets.

You can keep heading down this same course of action, constantly getting ignored and lied to, or you can have an abundance mentality and a wealthy mindset and make a business decision.

They typically build life-long seller-lead businesses in their market and if you work with a few of the top-agents in multiple locales, you can likely get a good stream of leads going (constant new-business with various owners who might be interested).

So I've found the CSR's will constantly say stuff that wouldn't require a reply to try and get the chat to time out so they don't have to tell me they either can't figure out the issue or can't do anything about it, hoping if I time out of the chat (there's no way to pick it up, no way to have them email you a transcript, etc) that I'll just give up. 

Have only had one issue out of about 20 tenants where the tenant is just a problem anyway and makes constant remarks about how expensive the rent is despite it still being at least $200 below market.

I communicate with owners when there's a change in their income stream or when I need their permission to do something.

There's been a steady stream of New Yorkers coming down here ever since.

I see these four rentals providing us a regular stream of income during retirement.
